Laser

Laser hair removal is a safe and effective treatment that uses concentrated light energy to target and damage hair follicles, reducing unwanted hair growth over time. The laser is attracted to the pigment in the hair, making treatments most effective when hair is in its active growth phase.

   What Areas Can Be Treated?

Laser hair removal can be performed on most areas of the body, including:

  • Face (upper lip, chin, sideburns)

  • Underarms

  • Arms

  • Legs

  • Bikini and Brazilian area

  • Back and chest

  • Abdomen

  • Neck and shoulders

   What to Expect

  • Treatments are typically scheduled every 6 weeks, depending on the treatment area and hair growth cycle.

  • Most clients require 6–10 sessions for optimal results.

  • Hair becomes finer, lighter, and less dense with each treatment.

  • Some clients choose occasional maintenance treatments after completing their initial series.

   Benefits

  • Long-term reduction of unwanted hair

  • Fewer ingrown hairs

  • Smoother skin

  • Reduced need for shaving, waxing, and plucking

  • Fast treatment times for many areas

   Who Is a Good Candidate?

Laser hair removal works best on individuals with darker hair, as the laser targets pigment within the hair follicle. Advances in technology have made treatment possible for a wider range of skin tones than ever before.

Who May Not Be a Good Candidate?

Laser hair removal may not be suitable for:

  • Very light blonde, white, grey, or red hair due to insufficient pigment

  • Individuals who are pregnant (consult with your healthcare provider)

  • Those with active skin infections, open wounds, or certain skin conditions in the treatment area

  • Clients taking medications that cause significant photosensitivity

  • Individuals with recent sun exposure, sunburns, or self-tanner on the treatment area

   Before Your Appointment

  • Shave the treatment area 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Avoid waxing, tweezing, or threading for at least 4 weeks prior to treatment.

  • Limit sun exposure and discontinue self-tanners before your appointment.

  • Arrive with clean skin free of lotions, oils, and makeup.

Results:

While laser hair removal significantly reduces hair growth, results vary from person to person. Consistency with your treatment schedule is key to achieving the best outcome.
